Services
We freeze dry and package food you provide (or that we purchase for you under our Done For You service). Results depend on the food supplied; some foods do not freeze dry well, as described in our FAQ.
Bookings and payment
Appointments are subject to our Booking & Cancellation Policy. Prices are listed on our Services page and may change; the price confirmed when you book applies to that booking.
Your food
You are responsible for the safety and condition of food you provide, including following our preparation guidelines. Once packaged, follow storage guidance to get the best shelf life.
Liability
We take great care with every order. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
