At Frames Freeze Dry Service, appointments are reserved specifically for each customer. To ensure fair scheduling and machine availability, please review our booking and cancellation policy below.
Booking Fee
A $25 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment. This fee will be credited toward your final balance. Your appointment is not confirmed until the booking fee is paid.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of the booking fee.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment, or missed appointments (no-shows), will forfeit the booking fee.
Rescheduling
Appointments rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance may transfer the booking fee to the new appointment date.
Limits
Each booking may be cancelled a maximum of 3 times and rescheduled a maximum of 3 times.
Agreement
By paying the booking fee, you acknowledge and agree to this booking and cancellation policy.
